How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that certain local artisan goods may be final sale.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! We offer a local pickup option at our downtown Denton office. Simply select 'Local Pickup' at checkout, and we will notify you when your items are ready.
