The Denton Main Street Association is committed to your satisfaction and offers returns on most items within 30 days of purchase to ensure you love your local finds. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
